את Sea Smile מנהלות שתי אחיות. כבר שלוש שנים הן קולעות שיער יחד בלמאי.
לפני כן Aun עבדה 20 שנה ב-Canon. Aoy עבדה ב-CKK Shoes ובעבודות נוספות כדי לפרנס את המשפחה. היום הן משקיעות את אותה אכפתיות בכל צמה וצמה.
